Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty products cannot be returned unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Refunds are processed after inspection and may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
